How bookings, payment and rescheduling work.
Bookings and payment
- Your booking is confirmed with the online payment, in one single payment even if you book several tours.
- Each departure is confirmed once it reaches its minimum number of travelers; if it does not, we offer you another date.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free, subject to availability on the new date.
- If the weather or sea conditions prevent the tour, Sunny Travel lets you know and arranges a new date.
Cancellation
- Cancellations are handled with the Sunny Travel team according to the booking terms.
